HOW IT WORKS
CURA will assign one development manager to be the communication
link with our client and the day-to-day manager/coordinator
of the entire team and development process. The development
manager will be responsible for all land entitlements,
regulatory issues and facility construction.
CURA will provide single source Architectural Design
and Interior Design. We will oversee all professional
disciplines as required. CURA will qualify, interview
and partner with a general contractor that is best suited
for the applicable scope of work. CURA will assume all
of the development and construction risk and assure
a fixed price and schedule.
